Fri 2:30pm – Beginner Jamming, Beginner Blocking
Sat 11am – Ninja Blocking
Sat 1:30 – Hitting 201
Sun 11am – Intermediate/Advanced Confident Jamming

When I joined the Denver Roller Dolls, many of my running buddies asked if they thought it was helping my running. Actually, I think it’s moreso that my running has given me some great advantages in derby!
1) Killer quads. After 24 marathons, my quads don’t mind “speed skater position” for 2 minute drills!

Tonight at practice we had a drill where we skated with partners and tried to get our wheels caught in theirs. We were skating around to be aware of our surroundings, trying to throw the other person off balance. And having a blast doing it!
