GTIS Half – Training Paces
Sara and I signed up for the Georgetown to Idaho Springs Half in August. 11 weeks away already! I pulled some numbers from the McMillan training calculator that I’d like to use to train.
Nothing too crazy here in terms of the endurance paces. If I map the tempo intervals to a 5K pace and the tempo run to my 10K pace, they’re not too far off from a few of my Rev Running workouts lately. (6:53 for 5K pace, 7:22 for the 10K pace). So hopefully this stuff will translate come race day!
