Tuesday: Warrior Yoga, Insanity Plyometrics Cardio Circuit
Wednesday: 7 miles (58:43 – 8:23 pace)
Thursday: Warrior Yoga, 4 miles
Friday: 7.5 miles (1:03:39 – 8:29 pace)
Saturday: 4 miles
Sunday: Manitou Incline (46:03), then we hiked up close to a mile and ran back down

Running total: 26.5 miles
2 hrs yoga
2 insanity workouts
