Yeah, it can be tough to deal with ALL the info they share. I’m not sure I can cut out dairy completely (although some people like Bill Clinton have cut out all dairy but still takes in fish on occasion, which seems weird to me). I think they key is just to really become more aware and choose options when you can. I do a lot of hemp protein, and use vega which is a combination of proteins, but I DID recently buy some whey as well. Remember the rats- even just limiting animal protein can help.
