Tracking – day 20

White bean and kale soup
Coffee/hot chocolate mix
Whole foods Salad bar (spinach, cukes, tomato, egg, peas, barley salad)
Greek yogurt with granola and hemp seed
Falafel, hummus, rice, egg
Spelt muffins with Greek yogurt

Great workout day! I went to the gym in my complex and did tons of shoulder and arm work. I’m sore now just sitting! Also did abs and my pt stuff. I wanted to get in some good cardio but that didn’t pan out.
