Just stumbled across your blog post - so glad you had the opportunity to stop in during the expo and see what Newton shoes are all about.  Keep up the smart adjustment (just listen to your body, adding more when it tells you to, backing off if you need to as well) and you&#039;ll be transitioned in no time.
