		<description>check out that 16 mile run to bring you to your taper! sounds like you are all set for killer race in a couple weeks, i wish i felt as confident about having gotten faster. i struggle with believing that doing my easy runs at 65-75% hr (at an incredibly slow pace, like 9:XX) is going to do me any good. kick back and enjoy a couple lighter weeks!</description>

		<description>Good call on the GU, I would try it out on some of your taper runs to see how your stomach handles it, getting into a race and having something in your stomach that upsets it would not be fun. Some people have stomach trouble with Gu vs Cliff Shots vs Cliff Blocks and the flavors can make a difference as well. I&#039;m a Vanilla  GU person myself.
