		<description>yeah i haven&#039;t tied the whole &#039;what target hr to run in a marathon&#039; thing together yet. i get it for training runs, but not sure what to do yet in races (half&#039;s and full&#039;s anyway). i can&#039;t believe you ran 4 marathons this year! i&#039;m sure you will be ready to go again in a month.</description>
