October Monthly Mileage

Miles: 107.58

Ran two races: PRed in the 10K my first week in Colorado, ran an acceptable (somewhat surprising) 3:42 in the Denver marathon.

Started training for the Phoenix marathon using a Custom McMillan plan. I put in 43 miles the first week, in which I also missed one run. However, the runs are already seeming less challenging (physically and mentally) than when I first started.
