		<description>Ouchie wa wa!  Glad it wasn&#039;t more serious.  And I agree.  The feeling after a bad tumble is usually worse than the actual pain from the injuries.  I still get nervous in certain areas where I run, due to past falls.  Especially the ravine I have fallen in.  Twice...
