I want to look into the idea of an annotation system for our products. Looking at del.icio.us and others.

A few ideas:
-would groups be bill groups? you should share with a group or individual.
-need to store tags, docs, date, shared/individual, annotation.
-what if results expire? (billing)

look at delicious tags for folksonomoies.
